Warranty and Return Policy

Product Warranty Terms

All products purchased from empa.com are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Protecting Your Warranty Rights:

  • Check Upon Delivery: Always inspect your product when receiving it. Our products are shipped in special impact-resistant packaging.
  • Damage Detection: If you notice any damage to the packaging, request a “Cargo Damage Report” with the courier and return the product with the same shipment without accepting it. This prevents loss of rights.
  • Non-Warranty Cases: Any modifications, deformation, or alteration of the original design of the product will void the warranty.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You can exercise your right of withdrawal for products purchased from our website within 14 days from the date of delivery by contacting our online support.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

  • Packaging and Use: To return a product, it must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Products without original packaging cannot be accepted.
  • Return Process and Refund: Once the returned product is received, its packaging and invoice will be checked. Upon approval, a gift voucher of equal value will be issued, or the product price will be refunded to you within 3 business days, depending on your chosen option.
    • Credit Card Payment: Refunds are processed directly to your credit card.
    • Bank Transfer/EFT: Refunds will be made to the IBAN account you provide.
  • Bank Processing Times: Refunds may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.

Defective/Damaged Products

Warranty does not cover misuse that contradicts the product manual. Technical Support will determine usage errors and prepare a report within the maximum repair period.

All our products are functional but sensitive due to their open-circuit components. User errors such as dropping or exposure to liquids can damage the products. For initial defects not caused by user error, warranty return/repair procedures are as follows:

  1. Fault Notification: Report defective/damaged products to bilgi@empa.com within 30 days of delivery.

Product Shipment: Fill out the Return Section on your invoice and send the defective/damaged product via YURTİÇİ KARGO, prepaid by the company.

Technical Inspection: The product will be checked for packaging and accessories, then forwarded to our Technical Support team for inspection.

Inspection Period and Communication: Technical tests and inspections will take up to 14 business days. You will be contacted via email for updates during the process.

Manufacturing Defect: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will either be replaced or refunded (within 3 business days) according to your preference.

User Error: If the defect is due to user error (e.g., dropping, liquid damage), replacement or refund will not be provided, and all shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

No Issue Detected: If no problem is found, the product will be returned, and you will be informed by email. Shipping costs in this case are the customer’s responsibility.

Result Notification and Tracking: After the technical tests, you will be notified of the results via email. For products to be replaced or returned, delivery information will be requested and tracking numbers provided.

Failure to Receive Product: Products not collected within 3 business days or for which updated delivery information is not provided will be held for 30 days, after which no further action will be taken. The company is not responsible for uncollected products after the 30-day period.
