Orders for which payment is completed before 13:00 on weekdays will be shipped within 3 business days. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from empa.com, the cargo company will deliver your order within 1–3 days. Orders confirmed after 13:00 will be handed over to Yurtiçi Kargo on the next business day.
In case of any issues caused by us, you will be notified using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership details are complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on holidays, public holidays, or weekends.
All products you select will be delivered to you by the cargo companies we have agreements with, under the responsibility of empa.com.
Products you purchase will be confirmed via a confirmation email.
www.empa.com is an online shopping site that allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. In rare cases, when multiple consumers attempt to purchase the same product, the product may go out of stock. In such cases, if a product paid for online is no longer available in our stock, there will be a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the customer within this period, you will be notified, and your payment will be refunded.
