When will an out-of-stock product be available?

   When you send a message via our Customer Service, we will inform you as soon as possible. Additionally, if you click the “Notify Me When in Stock” button on the right side of the product detail page, an automatic email notification will be sent to your email address when the product is back in stock.

Do you provide technical support over the phone?

   We do not provide technical support over the phone. However, if you send an email to bilgi@empa.com, our technical team will respond as soon as possible.

I think my product is faulty. How can I start a return or exchange process?

   If you experience any issues with your product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Please send an explanation of the issue via email to bilgi@empa.com or through the Customer Service section on our website. Our technical team will review your case and respond. If the product defect is due to customer misuse or if the product has been used within the specified period, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Return and exchange procedures are applied in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.

What are the conditions for returns?

   To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email within the specified period, and the product must remain unused in accordance with the “Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal” clause of the Sales Agreement. For detailed information: https://www.empa.com/satis-sozlesmesi 

How does the return process work?

  The return and refund process for approved returns is as follows:
 
  * Fill out the return section on the invoice included in the order package and send it via Yurtiçi Kargo (Cash on Delivery) to Empa Elektronik.

* Warehouse Address: Mehmet Akif Mahallesi, Bahariye Caddesi No:161, Eşbah İpekyolu 3. Kat, İç Kapı No:121-122-123, Küçükçekmece/Istanbul

 * The invoice amount for the returned product(s) will be refunded to your account by empa.com.

 * Once the return is completed, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address.

 * The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.

Can I pick up my order directly from your company?

   Our company does not offer direct pick-up. All orders are delivered via courier services only.

When will my order be shipped?

 * Orders confirmed before 13:00 on weekdays are shipped the same business day.

 * Orders confirmed after 13:00 are shipped the next business day.

 * The tracking number will be sent to the email address of the member who placed the order.

Do you offer free shipping?

   All orders are shipped with free shipping.

How is the invoice sent?

   Invoices are sent with the order package. If you are an e-invoice subscriber, the invoice will be delivered to your system, and the order package will be sent along with the dispatch note.

My package or product was delivered damaged. How can I return or exchange it?

   Please check the product in the presence of the courier and do not sign for the package if damaged. If the product is damaged or incomplete, request a Damage Report. Return or exchange requests without a damage report will not be accepted.
