To become a member of our store, it is sufficient to visit our Member Registration page and fill out the relevant sections. Accurately and completely filling in your information is important to prevent potential issues in communication and delivery. Please fill in all sections carefully and completely so that products and services can reach you quickly and correctly.
Becoming a member is a simple and fast process. Membership does not imply that you have any obligations. However, please read the Sales Agreement carefully before making a purchase. You have the right to terminate your membership at any time.
Membership Cancellation
Members have the right to terminate their membership at any time. After terminating your membership, all relations with our site will be ended.
To cancel your membership, you must log in and submit your cancellation request via our Contact Information page.
Membership Cannot Be Cancelled in the Following Cases:
1. If 60 days have not passed since the last order made by the member,
2. If a cancellation request is made with a different email address,
3. If the member’s registered information cannot be reached.
Membership May Be Cancelled by Us in the Following Cases:
1. If the member sends messages or writes comments that are contrary to general morality or constitute a crime,
2. If there is an attempt at fraud,
3. If there is an attempt to harm the system or the www.empa.com name.
Member Security
All necessary measures have been taken in our store to ensure member security. In addition to these measures, you, as a valued member, are also responsible for the security of your information. Do not share your password with anyone, and do not log in from computers whose security you cannot verify.
Different Address
Each member has an option to enter a different address during order completion, apart from the registered address.
This address section is designed for use when sending gifts to friends or during periods when you are at different addresses.
For example: during periods when you are at different branches of your company, or when staying at a summer house. Or, if you want your invoice to be sent to you while the order is delivered to a friend.
Product Reviews
Every member can write reviews for products. Sharing your information and experience with other users makes shopping more enjoyable and informed. Customer reviews are impartial and experience-based, creating a more conscious shopping environment.
When writing a product review, please ensure that your comments are respectful to other users and product manufacturers within the bounds of general moral rules. Reviews deemed inappropriate are removed from the system.
INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We prioritize the confidentiality and security of your personal information.
Your personal data is collected either manually during the establishment of a contract or digitally during the membership process, and is recorded in our computer systems because you are our customer or a representative of our customer.
We place the utmost importance on not sharing your personal data with third parties arbitrarily and act diligently in this regard. Therefore, your personal data provided here is only shared with service providers in cases of legal obligation, court orders, or when processing is necessary for legitimate purposes.
Your personal data may be shared with third parties within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVK) and related secondary legislation, in a purpose-appropriate, limited, and proportionate manner, under Article 5/2-f of the KVK Law, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not violated, and processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, for purposes including:
• Provision of periodic e-newsletters to our customers;
• Provision of e-store setup and support services for our e-commerce activities;
• Provision of secure payment services for customers making purchases through the e-store via virtual POS or mobile POS applications;
• Provision of cargo services for delivering products purchased from our company to our customers.
Service agreements for these matters include confidentiality clauses and prohibit transferring necessary information to other third parties.
Article 9 of the KVK Law requires explicit consent from the data subject for the transfer of personal data abroad. If explicit consent for international transfer is not provided, in addition to fulfilling domestic transfer conditions, one of the following must apply:
• The destination country is among those recognized as having adequate protection by the KVK Board,
• If adequate protection is not available in the destination country, data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country must provide a written commitment to ensure sufficient protection and obtain approval from the KVK Board.
Foreign companies we represent may request access to the contact information of our customers and customer representatives, for the purpose of maintaining commercial relations, subject to your consent.
According to Article 11 of the Law, the Data Subject has the following rights:
1. a) To learn whether personal data is being processed,
b) To request information if personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
d) To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
e) To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions specified in Article 7,
f) To request that actions taken under items (d) and (e) be communicated to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) To object to results against oneself arising solely from the automated analysis of processed data,
