The personal data obtained when visiting our website will be processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law to ensure the proper functioning of the website and the execution of its essential functions (e.g., logged-in members not needing to re-enter passwords while navigating different pages).

 

Additionally, if you fill out our contact form, EMPA may process your personal data to respond to your inquiries, register memberships if requested, and/or facilitate sales agreements.

 

For users subscribing to our e-newsletter, we process the following data to send newsletters, improve services, and fulfill legal obligations, including those under Law No. 5651.

Your personal data is only used for these purposes, never for marketing or other purposes, and is not shared with third parties.

  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons for processing no longer exist, and notify third parties of such action,
  • Object to results arising from the exclusive analysis of processed data via automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages resulting from unlawful processing of your personal data.

Applications regarding these rights can be submitted using the Data Subject Application Form. Requests will be concluded free of charge within 30 days, but a fee may apply if the processing incurs costs, as determined by the Personal Data Protection Board’s tariff.

In accordance with Article 12 of the Law, EMPA takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to:

  • Prevent unlawful processing of personal data,
  • Prevent unlawful access to personal data,
  • Ensure the preservation of personal data,
